Suzanne R. Albin's clients benefit from her twenty-five years as a successful litigator, handling complex state and federal litigation, includling declaratory judgment and injunctive actions, foreclosures, bankruptcies and workouts, as well as her extensive experience in all aspects of residential and commercial real estate transactions--from financing to closing. Her litigation experience has equipped her to protect her clients' interests in negotiating and drafting leases, permitting her to foresee issues not readily recognized by the typical transactional attorney.
Suzanne is admitted to practice in the States of New York and New Jersey, the United States Supreme Court, the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey. She is a graduate of New York Law School and The George Washington University, and was formerly a partner of Borah, Goldstein, Altschuler & Schwartz, P.C., and of counsel to the firm of Finkelstein Newman Ferrara, LLP, both firms specializing in real estate law.
Suzanne is also active in various community non-profit organizations, is a past President and a current member of the Board of Directors of the Jewish Community Center of Central New Jersey, and is a member of the Board of Directors of NJY Camps and the Jewish Community Centers Association of North America ("JCCA").
